Have a far better suggestion - Bacon (Suet) pudding, mashed potatoes, vegetables in season and gravy - delicious!!!

Of course I have, living in South Carolina for 13 years. The best I ever had was in Chattanooga, TN at the "Hungry Fisherman" restaurant. You should also attend the "Chitland Strut" festival in Salley, SC.

June darlin' I have quite a few recipes that I'll share on here from time to time - but the word diet does not appear in my lexicon, not do I eat salads (rabbit food - give me the rabbit itself instead and I'll make a delicious casserole) so be prepared to put on a stone or two if you want to try them.
