Re: Boris to face Trial

How long will it be before the crowds that funded the court
action get fed up making lawyers rich by bringing frivolous
petitions to court?

Re: Boris to face Trial

An attention-seeking stunt by Marcus Ball, speaking outside court, said he had spent more than the £300,000 he raised on the case, leaving him in "massive debt".

In a statement, he later added that he would "keep fighting". The matter is "not over".

Makes no sense to me.

Like the barrister said: of course the claim was an exaggeration, but the public should have thought for themselves and come to that conclusion. He is right of course. Remain voters didn't believe it, brexiters swallowed it hook, line and sinker. But hey, you can't blame boris for the stupidity of leave voters.
