Swims, I must admit that I normally respect your comments as you seem to have a greater awareness of the chaos and nastiness that is going to befall us.
However, the comment above from Fender lays bare his xenophobia which fly's some what in the face of your assessment.
I have read that this country along with many others fought a war to do away with this type of evil, but it would appear from various elements on this forum that this may not have been the case and that there where, and are, still persons of this ilk masquerading as citizens of this country.
I am now getting annoyed.
There is a world of difference between Genuine Refugees and Economic migrants.
You have obviously never got your hands dirty dealing with them.
Read my posts, we take in 20,000 a year genuine refugees, those from the camps who have nothing.
I am immensely proud that we do so.
We are not infallible, last year we let in 13 Radicals, now gone.
There is a World of difference between those in the Refugee Camps and the Economic migrants who can pay £6000 to get here.
Those in the refugee camps have nothing, most often been sexually abused because they are Christian, Kurds or Yazidi.
They are lovely people, no threat to us at all and a great help in identifying the bad ones.
Completely different to the Economic Migrants you support, the rich ones,those who can pay and come here with the view that women are born to please men.
They are the abusers and yes, they are parasites and scum.
They are a huge danger to our way of life, and yet you support them.
I find this weird, I really do.
A woman who supports sex abuse and the rape of 9 year olds.
Get real, that is the difference between genuine Refugees and those who you support.

Itsme takes a post from fender in another thread to argue that fender seems to be more xenophobic than his post in this thread suggests.
In that thread the discussion is about people coming in boats to the UK, and the suggestion to let them drown instead of aiding them.
You don't even know whether they are refugees or immigrants with economic motives. From this discussion fender's quote by itsme is taken.
I suggest we stop the discussion about immigrants here and continue in the thread Andrwe vs nigel.
As for fender's namecalling, it's for the supervisor to decide if it is permissible. As post 23 still stands I assume it is, so we have a standard for permissible namecalling.

Where did I EVER say I support economic migrants.
What I am most certainly against is allowing them to drown, surely no human in their right mind would condone this.

I am shocked that any person could describe another human being who are looking to better themselves such derogatory names which one would have assumed only lye with persons who's outlook is racist, bigoted and xenophobic, some thing you have denied on a number of occasions and which now the truth outs.

Of course they're economic migrants and not refugees.
Where do you think they got the boat / fuel / supplies to come across the channel?, from a bloody Christmas cracker? - They paid traffickers.
We have enough of our own needy to look after, so could do without these scroungers as well.
