Thank you all for your lovely welcomes. They are heartwarming. I'm not sure if I'm wise, but it's a goal. As for eating the turkeys and deer...not a chance. They are friends. We hand feed them. One of the things we have learned during my husband's wild turkey study is that they are sentient. It's amazing who they are as individuals. So are the deer.

And there was me thinking I could get some Venison.
