Looks good Malcolm. Some of my riding is off-road though, so I'd probably stick to some sort of bike that could help get me to the tops of the hills we have been riding up for years.

I'm not so super-fit, just not bad for the age and condition.

I had an electric bike for a week or two but I had to return it. It only had an 8ft mains lead and I wanted to go for longer rides.

Ok Ok! I did try using an extension cable from the lawnmower..but that just about took me to the bottom of the garden..with the rest of my fairy mates.

When I run out of energy for mountain biking, I could just get someone to bash my backside around with a mallet for a couple of hours. No energy needed but still the feeling that I'd been for a bike ride.
