Good afternoon. I get really annoyed when I hear about those people who are so inconsiderate that their enjoyment, with obviously no social distancing and observing hygiene measures, is more important than anything or anyone else. I'm glad to see people enjoying themselves but not at the expense of others. I would fine each and every one of them as well as the owners. We are taking names & contact details of anyone entering these and other premises so the businesses know exactly what they are supposed to do and how many people are served. If they can't do it then they should not be open. There will be no end to this if we don't work together towards it. I only hope none of those who tested positive passed it on to their own parents or grandparents. I will step down from my soapbox now . I was thinking about Ireland last night May. It must be about 5 years since I've been there and I thought a long weekend might be a welcome break. I'm not too bothered about a holiday but sometimes the thought of a change of scenery creeps up. Went into the garden but spent the time talking to a neighbour & then the rain started. The forecast looks better for the next couple of days so we can get out and about and enjoy it. Take care.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning, Beautiful start to the day here. Wall to wall blue sky and not a whisper of the usual wind off the sea. Just back from a walk with the dog along Dunnet Beach, not a soul in sight.....Wonderful.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Good Morning Roxy, same here beautiful sunny sky so I'm off for a nice long walk then spend the afternoon in the garden.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Good morning ladies. Got home last night and have to isolate for two weeks. Weather was just to hot for me so I was under a brolly most days. They had strict rules over there face mask at all times, except for the beach and eating and drinking. Hand sanitiser everywhere we went as well. Have to call the local shops now for food deliveries, also my niece left some goodies from M&S for me in the freezer.Thread Tools | |
