My guess would be housing though so they will have to find the rest of the rent out of cash they are given.
It matters to the degree that, which ever benefit is cut questions the applicants right to claim the benefit in the first place.

They will find some way round it no doubt.

Something always puzzles me is why when a benefit claimant has another child their benefit goes up but try that when you are working and the boss would give you your answer in no uncertain terms.
