Salads

My favourite foods to have in a salad would be Beetroot/cucumber/tomato/red onion/golden delicious apple or Gala apple..little gem lettuce, with a dash of dressing mainly salad cream but if anyone can recommend an alternative dressing?

...what foods are your favourites in a salad?

Re: Salads

I have found I eat more if the food is low in cals. Currently eating very high cal foods and my belly seems very full for ages and ages. Feel sick more often than not now if I eat too much. Not sure about my weight though? When the weather breaks I will attempt to run it off.

Re: Salads

Salads nope . It's this yucky lettuce thing. I like chunks of things. Chunks of beetroot or mixed peppers or even cucumber and onions drizzled with balsamic .

Re: Salads

My favourite food in salad is beetroot. I also like chopped red apple and feta cheese. I keep trying to give up a certain brand of mayonnaise but I just can't seem to do it.
