3-ingredient slow cooker barbeque chicken legs

yum, tried this last night for the first time and it was really nice. Wanted to make sure he who must obey had a hot dinner waiting because I was going out and would be back 1/2 hour after him.

Served 2/3 persons - very filling even if you serve just rice to accompany it.

4 x chicken legs skin removed. (prick a few holes with a toothpick if you wish)

1/2 bottle of any barbeque sauce

1/2 bottle of any teriyaki sauce (Mix the sauces together)

Place chicken legs in the slow cooker (no need to brown first) and pour both sauces over them.

Cook on High for 5 to 6 hours or
Cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours

I served it with plain jasmine rice and teriyaki stir fried noodles with chopped chives and sweet yellow peppers.

Really enjoyed this meal on a cold frosty night. (and the one glass of wine too !!)
