I'm going that way in a week's time, hoping for some sunshine, according to friends out there its good at the moment.

63 degrees yesterday at about 1630hrs.

That'll do for me. Not bothered about it being too hot, just hope its warm and dry.

What is Smart insurance?
When you rent a car there's usually a big excess(€950 depositin easycar's case)on the insurance hence a big deposit that is only refunded to your card once the car is returned unscathed.

There's been a few reports of people losing their whole deposit for the sake of a small dent or broken windscreen etc.

If you take out Smart Insurance it's a seperate policy that covers the excess so there's no need to leave a deposit. In this case the policy is €60 so I'll buy this and won't need to leave any deposit at all, just payment for rental and insurance policy.
