So by october 14 the house returns. Tabling a vote of no confidence? For what? Any procedure will see brexit date pass and out you go.
The only option open by that time: revoking article 50, or accept a no deal brexit.
You are constantly advocating revokingA50 Solly,
What chance do you give that of passing?
I think with the present state of things an extension is
most likely as it suits the eu's needs quite nicely does'nt it??
But from uk's point of view no deal vat all is our best
option

I despair, I really do, we voted Leave, the Tories have put it in the hands of May and now Boris, both of whom are failing spectacularly.

This is not Rocket Science, a WTO Free Trade Agreement with the customs border in the Irish Sea and job done.
Never happen Swims. No way will Boris sell NI down the river (or the sea). That would be an utter betrayal.

It all depends how afraid mps are of the consequences of no deal exit. Of course they prefer a referendum or GE that would ultimately result in remain, they could resort to calling it the will of the people. But as possibilities diminish, they have to make a choice themselves. It's anybodys guess what the choice will be.

Tories fear a corbyn government much more than a no deal Brexit so let's see what happens. There are a lot of labour MPs that think the same.

How many remain MPs will abstain now they are staring a GE down the barrel ... that is the question ...
