Good morning - A nice sunny day and I'll be cycling to the allotment to pick apples up off the ground and sort them into good and bad piles. There are hundreds of them laying around.

I'll be riding over to see my brother this afternoon.

The back pain (muscular I think) might be starting to ease and I got a fairly good night's sleep last night.

I don't know what happened this morning, I ran out of me socks on the Friday Five, even Mo Farah would have had trouble keeping up with me....
I felt strong all the way round and the energy just kept coming....
Such a difference from yesterday. Not a seasons best time but up there with the best of them.......I just wish I could bottle it for later....

Don't forget it's Friday the thirteenth, so be careful out there......
I've got a few plants to re-pot after I've taken the next door neighbour to see her husband in hospital.....

I'll just let Friday engulf me later and see what energy I've got left, best not overdo it....
