Police evidence

We have historic cases where it's one persons word against another coming up all the time the police seem to think they have enough evidence to prosecute but catch something on film and there isn't enough evidence to prosecute http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ly-enough.html puzzles me what is enough evidence ?

Do you think film of an incident enough ?

Re: Police evidence

There is no evidence on that video, the driving instructor closed the door himself, then jumped out ptretending that the other fellow had slammed it.
A bit like a footballer diving to get a penalty.

The wording on the video says "Aggresive driver traps instructors elbow in door"
His elbow was not trapped in the door, and he closed it himself.

Re: Police evidence

Does not matter the simple fact of forcing a stop and threatening the occupants is sufficient to prosecute.

Re: Police evidence

What I saw was someone forcing the door closed as the driving instructor was turning to get out hitting his elbow. But TBH I don't care how it happened if they hadn't aggressively stopped and got out of their car to confront a learner driver no one would have got hurt or been worried. When did it become OK to stop other drivers like that ?
