I have chronic OA and like most Folk have tried all the creams/sprays.and potions to help with the pain...nothing has ever helped,so I just live with it...when I can't get around I just put My feet up and rest until the pain lessens..Like Solasch,I had a knee replacement done 15 yrs ago,unfortunately it left Me with nerve damage/pain...The other knee needs replacing but I don't intend going through that op' again just to be left still in pain!...I don't take any strong pain-killers,but I keep on the move as much as possible.walking,stretching exercises,low impact aerobics etc',I also take 2 tbl spoons of ACV in water every morning which I believe has helped,though others on here derided it a couple of years ago...works for Me to keep Me mobile..so far..so good.
