Lidl up here in the North have started selling black puddings produced by a local firm and sold under their Hazelmeade Farm brand. They used to sell a `European` version of a black pudding and to be frank, it was bloody awful. The `home-grown` stuff is far superior. I buy their black pudding and cut into three sections - two in the freezer, one in the fridge.Re: Black Pudding
