Re: Is anyone bothering with the election?

Had a leaflet from the Liebour Party in my letterbox when I got home - the first in many a year so perhaps they're getting worried? It had the ever smug Barry Sh**rman on the front posing in front of Castle Hill (a well-known landmark around here) no doubt trying to present himself as on of the people. Straight into the green recycle bin, which was a shame, it had only just been emptied this morning.

Hi

I agree with you Judd.

Sheerman is a good example of pay me, I am doing OK, sod you.

Castle Hill?

Can't imagine him going there.

Not posh enough.

Don't think he was actually at Castle Hill proper - just had it in the background. Probably Photoshopped.

Re: Is anyone bothering with the election?

I'm voting Labour for the first time in my 68 years.

I'm putting the national/international thing behind me and thinking local like never before. We have a good man, a Labour MP for 20+ years, a local man who cares. It's not as if I really need him or that I'm frightened to lose him, but ...

... this is what it's supposed to be all about, our local MP. And I've decided he's worth more than brexit, Boris, Corbin, I've had enough. I don't care who's in #10 for the next 6 months before we have another GE. Bollocks to them.

In case you haven't seen it, here's another car-crash interview with our prospective Home Secretary.

Think, before you ink.

I guess you've got to have a pretty weird sense of humour to vote for that.
