A Good Walk

Since my retirement some nine months ago my new job includes taking care of myself, staying healthy. I've already lost 35 pounds and taken 100 points off my blood sugar. I get my exercise by hiking through the woods and trails in search of all things, great & small, that I can capture with my camera. This is one of those finds.

Well done on losing those 35 pounds, Bob!

I expect when you have a camera in your hands you can walk miles looking for the perfect pic. Your find above is stunning, love the colour.

Oh what a beautiful flower, you lucky thing for losing 35 lbs but all that working will be doing you the world of good, keep it up
