Re: going to bed

I go to bed at midnight and get up between 8 & 9am, I'm lucky I usually sleep ok but I have had periods in my life where I have suffered insomnia, it's horrible.

Re: going to bed

I usually go to bed about midnight and I am up at 5:50am. Been that way since childhood. I am gone as soon as my head touches the pillow and i sleep very deeply.

Re: going to bed

I'm usually in bed by 1.00am, then often I still can't sleep so I get up again after an hour and find something to do downstairs. I usually go back to bed about 3.30-4.00am and it could take me about another hour to eventually drop off to sleep.

Then I get up between 7.30-8.00am.

Re: going to bed

I go to bed between 10 & 11 depending on what time i take my dogs out. I'm up at 6 and take the dogs out around 7. The morning walk is getting later now due to the darker mornings.

Re: going to bed

I go to bed around midnight or a bit later, wake several times during my sleep time, usually needing a wee. Get up when I feel like it, or when my Daughter rings me to tell me to get up.
