Actually Morti, my dad used to complete some puzzles, frame them and hang them up. They looked quite good

I have tried those books - but - they drive me crazy - too repetitive ! I'll just stick to making cards when the weather is bad - or - out walking when it is good.

Breathing 'green' air is the best stress relief!

I don't colour but my Stress Relief is heading to the rocks at the end of the Beach then sitting watching the waves crash. The rougher the better.

I always associate the colour purple with stress.

It was the colour of my Ex's Credit Card.

Nature has the best pallette for stress relief,just find a spot and sink in.

I never enjoyed that activity when I was a kid, I certainly wouldn't enjoy it now.

Stress has always been part of the person I am since I entered this world.
