New Carpets

Finally I have managed to find 3 carpet salesmen to come to the house with samples,I have tried several but most want you to choose on line ,or go to the store then they will come out to measure ,when I say I cant do either they dont want to know,Trouble now is I shall have difficult deciding what/who I like most

Pick the one that includes fitting & after sales, if they all do, the quickest to fit the carpets.?

Make sure they include disposing of the existing carpets.

Also have you checked that these are reputable companies? Just asking because they could be a scam to get into your house. Or make sure you aren't alone.

You are the customer, now they must meet your wishes. Make sure they do what you want. I did.

I bought my carpet online but got my own fitter .
The carpet is high quality wool and costs so much less online as it comes direct from the mill.

Same here, I paid the same for wool as I was quoted for nylon in a chain store

I used the same fitters who are used by the local carpet shop as they are self employed

Carpetright disposed of mine, and uplifted it, for a fee. Much better than doing it myself.

I'm pleased with mine, which went down yesterday.
