I answer the comment in the post and not personally to the poster. If you do that and start analysing what sort of answer they might like you to give, then it makes the discussion pointless.A forum is a place to give your true opinion, not to tart it up because you think it’s what the other poster would like you to say.
That’s why l wince at some of sickly sweet stuff that is sometimes posted on this forum. It comes over as false and vomitty!

I think the vast majority of members new and old are all OK, you don't need to analyze them to see if they have any loose screws, it only takes a few posts and you know what they are going to be like, either happy go lucky, in the middle, or just plain cranky. Funny how most of the latter go for the political threads ain't it.
