Re: Pigeons

Pigeon crap? You want to try pelicans, it's like having an incontinent flying horse crap on your car.

I don't mind being woken up by birds especially magpies, my only complaint about parrots is that as pretty as they look they only squawk.

Re: Pigeons

I like pigeons and have several fat wood pigeons that come to my garden plus collared doves that do do a lot of cooing .

Re: Pigeons

I have a combination of three pigeons/seaguls and geese.
The pigeons drop their bombs on my back windows and conservatory. They feed off the ginormous cherry trees out the back on the common so you can imagine the colour of the bombs plus my next door neighbour feeds the ruddy things so I have been thinking it may well be a good idea to shoot him instead of the pigeons.
Seaguls are really not to bad but we have a landfill a few miles down the road and I guess that is where they come from. We are also a few miles from Canvey so perhaps its there they come from. Has for the Canada geese our house is between lakes of Wat Tyler Park and Northlands Park so every morning around 5am they fly across and they do like to chat while they fly. Bloody noisey beggars I just thank god they don't drop bombs. Because whilst walking in the morning around the lakes I see the mess they crap out all over the banks.
