Because Australia Post have just increased their parcel post charges, online businesses are in turn increasing their own fees, you'd think with all the extra deliveries coming thru' with online shopping they'd keep the cost reasonable to ensure postal workers are kept in work, we get separate parcel and mail delivery here but if buying online isn't gonna save me any money 'cos of postage rises I may as well just go the shop anyway. Ebay and Amazon have also increased their auction fees.

Postage is expensive but I still think the letter post it is good value when it means having post delivered to your door particularly if like me you live in a tiny hamlet some way from town.

I do a lot of shopping on line so often have parcels to send/return and recently found this option..
