It rained on and off for most of yesterday so I got very little done.

Smashing viewpoint Alan, flat calm here at the moment, picked a peck of blackberries from my garden yesterday nice to have a few with my muesli.

Morning all, my daughter's car broke down last night (have written a thread about it), so very late night waiting for the AA to recover it home. It's my day off today but I am going to the hospital outpatients with my son, who is having some hearing problems atm. Dry but overcast here presently. Hope everyone has a good day

Great view, but just looking at it made my tummy do flip-flops!!

Been a miserable wet day here, and the nights are really cooling off. Guess that's it for our garden this year. Sigh.

Good Morning everyone,

Did you all hear that we are in for an Indian Summer which should last weeks and weeks? Not sure whether to believe it or not. Looking at the Rowans and Cotoneasters they are well laden with berries so the winter looks like it is going to be hard. Don't mind the cold provided it is not wet! Nice crisp and dry like winters used to be.

Good morning fellow members a chilly start and I am waiting for Hannah to arrive and spend the day with me.

There are lots of conkers already and we are off to collect some. I can't believe a year has gone since we last did this
We will also pick some beans for lunch though they are coming to an end now.
