Good thing it is not legal in my province, yet lol Glad to hear that even though it is legal in Ontario, many are opting out on being topless lol

Its been legal since 1996 I believe but I've never seen it myself even when we still lived in Toronto.

Most women would never do it, including me. Way too shy. And I don't want to see it or more importantly, don't want my sweet hubby to see it
