I’m in this ‘crowd’ ( not many people there ) at Beeston castle last year for the jousting and must admit it was good fun and I imagine will be on again this summer so worth a look
They also have jousting at Powderham Castle in South Devon...
I have been to Powderham a few times (love it there) but I am yet to see the jousting. I will watch out for it this year. Have seen jousting at Hever Castle in Kent which was great apart from the rain.
That's a terrible seat position on that horse. My instructer would be having me in the school, on horse back on the lung rein without stirrups or reins if I'd ridden like that.
