I think not! Unless they are deranged!
That our present rulers, ( include all political parties in this )
cannot see this speaks volumes for their lack of COMMON
sense!
I would prefer a trade deal, but not on any terms!

How hard can it be to understand? Negotiations are over, finished, fini, terminee.
May's withdrawal deal is on the table. Take it or remain in the EU.

50% knows what the other half is inflicting on them. I protested against vietnam, kalkar nuclear plant, missiles, neutron bomb (remember?). I may be getting old, but I haven't lost my heart.

Did you protest Vietnam during the 20 years when the French were fighting there? Didn't know about Kalkar but it seems to have been a reasonable project. Neutron bomb, did they ever happen?

I would if I had been born then. Many former colonies were shaking of their shackles. I won't give you a number of those fighting england, or italy or spain.
Kalkar was a special plant, meant to enrich uranium (der schnelle brűter). Kalkar building was never completed, neutron bomb was put to use, missiles were never placed on dutch soil, and brexit was never.... oops.
