Presenter Alison Hammond, 42, revealed the shock bombshell on This Morning as she spoke to hosts Phillip Schofield, 55, and Holly Willoughby, 36, today.
“Rebekah is getting dizzy spells, so she can't do this trial on medical grounds,” Alison explained.
“So it’s fallen to the third person who’s got the highest amount of votes. Kez is going to be doing it with Stanley.” she added.

The BTT was dull, dull, dull .....
The DDC was dull, dull, dull .....
The Strawberry Incident seemed to be contrived to provide tension and drama .....
Who care who wins at the moment .....

So funny the strawberry incident, and then Amir accepting that it wasn't really him from the other contestants..... what a cheek
Stanley was useless with aiming the balls they should have made more of that but the camera seemed not to be in the right place.

Another good long episode last night .....
Nice to see Kiosk Keith back in the Outback Shack .....
Amir & Toff did well in the "Refreshment" BTT and were a good choice for "Fright Club", since they are both entertaining (in child-like way) .....
The DDC was another non-event with no treat won .....
I'm glad Dennis has been given a couple of things to do - he's not had much air-time .....
With the first vote coming up, Amir and Iain are the first to gain immunity but who will join them - I hope it's Shappi or Vanessa and not Grumpy-Face .....
After Ol' Shark-Eyes no-show for her last BTT, she's been selected to join Jamie for "Grot-Holing", but she's not happy with him at the moment because, as PM, he made her a toilet-cleaner .....
