Yes I suffer from it instead of walking. Not been out much with this heat now just walked around the roads for 1/4 mile and I am knackered.Think my fingers on the keyboards has gone further.Still got to walk ready for next years hols and there will be some foot falling to do.
Guess where the first two days will be on the river cruise?
Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Kinderdijk, The Netherland.
