Chicken & Veg Stir Fry Recipes

Does anyone make Chinese Chicken & Vegetable Stir-frys.

I am looking for an easy recipe.

I already make my own Chow Mein, but I want something different.

Actually, it is quite easy to come up with something unique to suit your taste.

Chicken breast, cut into bite sized chunks
carrots, sliced into bite sized pieces
broccoli, cut into florettes
red and/or green pepper, sliced
Sliced fresh mushrooms, which ever kind you desire
bean sprouts,
chopped spring onions
optional, Chinese noodles

sauce:
grated fresh ginger
chopped fresh garlic
canned pineapple juice
teriyaki sauce
brown sugar
corn starch
sprinkling of sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste.

Have fun, and play around until you hit on something special
