Don't eat chips very often but when I do, its the McCain Frozen Crinkle Cut ones into the oven.

Hi

I have to be very careful with my diet now, virtually saturated fat free except for one day a week.

I do potato wedges with the skin on, big ones, just a spray of olive oil and done in an air fryer.

We cook chips in the oven, just a sprinkle of olive oil and about 45 mins at 170 deg. A real healthy treat.

Having said that though, I have to say they aren't a patch on chips deep fried in beef dripping...

I too use an air fryer which I purchased when my Actifry no longer worked. I much prefer it and find it more adaptable than the old style Actifry I purchased years ago.
