A matter of perspective I think. One of my daughters queried the expense of my machine but I pointed out to her that she and her husband had just had a long weekend away in Benidorm for more or less the same cost. She had nothing to show for her money whereas I've still got my machine.

We have two intertwined threads in one, 500,00 tonnes of capsules per year going into landfill, and the pleasures of coffee processing. Shame - coz I started the former, sob, sob........
