My favourite hat had the word Dragon in Chinese written on it but alas I left it on a bus in Cambodia. I was gutted.

No, I can't make them, some are Kaycee dragons & some are artist made, usually just one made by the artists so they are unique. The red one is a Charlie Bear dragon.
