Chas and Dave were one of the most underrated acts IMO. I loved their music from a technical side of things and the harmonies. Sad news.

Sad news as it was hoped Chas had been cured. RIP

A duo that worked so well creating Rockney for all to enjoy. My personal favourite is one of their ballads.

The only time I went to bingo with our lass was some years ago and they were having a Christmas Party.It was in the Elephant Shopping centre the bingo was on the top floor and Chas and Dave were performing.
Hated the early bingo but loved the cabaret.
Great night was had by one and all.

I have been hearing a lot of their songs on the radio since his death and I just think they were so talented. I suppose being an Eastender, I can hear all the sayings and phrases my grandparents used but with catchy tunes.
