Things are fine - the weather is a little muggy for my liking but I've kept myself occupied after yesterday's siesta. I still slept last night but probably not as much as usual.

I'm hoping Val J is OK - haven't seen her post here in a few days.

I’m ok thanks Ffosse and Sweetie, I’ve been reading more than posting these last few days. It’s the tiredness which is getting to me and of course the heat. I used to love to sit in the sun but now I have to cover up as my skin is very dry with the chemo. I don’t know when my chemo will finish but I can understand how you are looking forward to the end of your treatment. Hope you are still feeling good Ffosse and that all will go ahead as planned.

Have you tried olive oil on your dry skin?

I’ve not tried olive oil Sweetie but have all sorts of creams which are supposed t be good. I also bought udder cream, the stuff they use to stop cow’s udders getting sore!

That udder cream has antiseptic in it!!!!
Try olive oil it is very like the natural oils in our skin.
Or Vit E oil from Superdrug.

I think the udder cream I use is not quite the same, I’m sure it’s a special one for the beauty market. It was my chemo nurse who recommended it! Does the olive oil soak in, I would be worried about getting it on clothes and furnishings! I appreciate your suggestions Sweetie.
