I tend to dunk between 89 and 93 degrees, that gives a Malted milk 6.3 seconds working time.

Just a thought if I never saw any of my neighbours again in this lifetime would it bother me ?

As long as me and my neighbours know each other are there for emergencies l never ever bother with them.

When you've had one who engaged in heavy breathing phone calls to you (though more funny than frightening) and had the police knocking on your door to investigate a report you've issued a death threat you decide to mind your own business.

I tend to smile over them now ... but didn't at the time.
