Remember, every time you kill a caterpillar you're killing a future butterfly or moth.
I've just had my greenhouse put up so I'll be moaning about pests shortly...

I try not to kill anything....I'm not keen on big moths that dive bomb you though...but I don't kill them.

Have they any markings at all Lindy?

Have a look at this. Apparently there have been 'invasions' reported of foreign ladybirds coming here.
