Re: Instrumentals

[QUOTE=ruthio;1667330]Easy peasy Mondays...under the YouTube link click on share, then when it's in the formula below, I use email, after be/ put [yt] and at the end, in this case Ir0 you put [ /yt] no spaces...hey presto!

@Ruthio

It was me Baz46, not 'Mondays child', who needed some help with this so thanks, almost there as the saying goes! All I need now is to find out how to avoid the 'http' etc. also showing.

Thanks everyone for your patience, hope my interjections haven't spoiled this thread too much!

Re: Instrumentals

I can remember being so amazed with Tubular Bells that I sat my mum down and put it on the record player so she could hear the music that had changed my thinking.

After about a minute she looked at me and said very seriously, Oh the needles stuck.

It was the first time I had thoughts that as soon as I was old enough I would leave home.

It was fun wasn't it? Something different, and we were all so cool listening to it.

Success Baz! Sorry I got the name wrong

Wasn't there a sequel to Tubular Bells? It wasn't nearly so good.

Yes, almost success thanks, just one final small detail to conquer – hiding the 'http//' part of the link, I am looking into that.

There are a few versions of Tubular Bells, these can be found on You Tube. Tubular Bells 2, Tubular Bells 3 and others, including the one I posted, are on there.

Two talented girls giving a good rendition of Petite Fleur (they have gone on to have successful musical careers as adults)
