Unless I am sick I shower every morning, scented bath with a latte and book at weekends. Absolutely have to wash my hair every day. Water is a great healer, physical and mental.

Am very very strict on that.

Always have a bath at the end of the month unless its to cold.

As my life is topsy-turvy because I work nights, apart from the weekends when I'll get a shower when I wake up and another if I'm going out at night, this is my general routine:

A shower after my sleep early afternoon and another following my pre-shift sleep at 8.30pm before work. If I've been to the gym in the afternoon I'll get a third shower there in the afternoon too.

I don't shower first thing in the morning after work because it keeps me awake (unless it's been a really humid night, then I'll get a quick wash).

I get a bath about three times a year if I need a good soak.

If I don't shower after waking up I'm in a really grumpy mood all day.

I remember as a kid only having a bath on Sunday nights before school and the start of the next week.

Of course I had a wash every day.

Ours was shared water too I always felt sorry for the last in as there were 7 of us with that old tin bath by the fire. Was great in the summer though as we dragged it outside and had baths under the stars.

Shower everyday usually.
I only have a bath if I am feeling cold /ill or both .
