HiMy issue with the system here in the UK is this.
ASBOs are a joke, many brag about them.
Put the youngsters in Prison and it is like a crime University.
They come out fitter and learn how to be criminals in areas they had no idea about at all.
It is a badge of honour, Street Cred.
They brag about it.
We need to learn from others.
Put them in Orange Overalls and parade them up and down cleaning up dog poo and rubbish.
They do not turn up, sentence doubled, in solitary until they do do turn up.
Solitary means just that, no visits, no contact at all, no Internet.
When they come out, no benefits except a voucher to stay in a Bed in a Hostel and no money, just meals given.
It works.
