That was hours ago, so I expect he is up and about. However, the answer is very simpel. In januari boris with immediate effect stopped the preparations from operation yellowhammer. The most simpel way to prepare for the no trade deal exit is to pick up these preparations. Is that so hard?

And Barnier crying because he openly admits with Merkel the uk needs to be controlled by your stupid single market rules or we will be more competitive than you.

And there we go walking away giving you 2 fingers as Unilever Toyota ESA Chanel Bloomberg Nissan etc all move over here

Well, then I am in the company of 15,7 mln people living in britain. In 2019 there were approximately 6.2 million people with non-British nationality*living*in the*UK*and 9.5 million people who were born*abroad.
