What are your favourite Saturday night and Sunday morning records?

As per the title, what song puts you in the mood for a great night out....and what music do you like to unwind to on a Sunday?

For me, "Disco Inferno" by The Trammps is just a classic dance song and puts me in a great, partying mood.

On Sunday mornings, it's singer-songwriter stuff like Cat Stevens.

Hi Floydy. I'm a great Chris Rea fan and i can listen to him day or night. In fact i recently discovered an earlier CD by him call The Blue Cafe. Don't know how i missed that one but i obviously did. It's on at the moment. As for Sunday mornings i like a bit of smooth jazz. George Benson's great guitar work and vocals does it for me.

I definitely agree, EZ. (In fact, Chris Rea did a great blues song called Easy Rider, incidentally). I have all his albums.

I'll just note another great Saturday night record while I'm on: "Teenage Kicks" by The Undertones. Pure thrilling music.

I was dancing away to 'Disco Inferno' a few days ago whilst cooking me pasta - Great song.

Sunday morning, something like 'The air that I breath' by the Hollies.
