Your pillow

How often do you replace your pillow? I usually try to remember to do it once a year.

I have recently replaced six on them, my old ones were about 2 years old and went flat, I have bought Delux Goose feather Pillows with Asthma protection on them.

About once a year I replace our pillows. We have those with synthetic fillings, I dislike the feel of feather pillows and they make we sneeze these days.

Re: Your pillow

I'm just about to replace mine. Does anyone have one of the shaped ones recommended for reading in bed?

Once a year Blue,I buy the luxury hotel qaulity ones. I only need one of these to sleep on rather than 2. They keep their shape and fullness (but not overfilled)

I think the mattresses tend to do that as well.

I got some pillows which keep their bounce from Asda about a year ago.

Re: Your pillow

This is just my opinion but I reckon changing your pillows every year seems a bit excessive. I would expect a decent pillow to last for at least five years if not longer. My grandparents had pillows that never needed replacing. same goes for the mattress. They suggest changing it every 8 years or something like that. Mattresses are not cheap.
