Look what I saw yeasterday ...

Had to go to the local shopping centre yesterday - was in a grump about it because it is a mile walk - and it was raining.

But then this happened:-

It was huge - arced right across the sky.

and while I was pretending to be a photographer - it doubled!

Rainbows are magic - they banish they grumps!!

I love rainbows too tabby . One day in a large supermarket car park i stood in awe looking up at the most besutiful rainbow , people were rushing and pushing and yapping away oblivious to the wonder above their heads. I wanted to open my arms and shout

"Look up at the rainbow"

Absolutely Susan, many of natures wonders are missed by people rushing around in their own little world consisting mainly of retail.....

I love to stand and watch a flock of geese as they fly overhead gabbling to each other, I've always wondered what they are talking about. Perhaps navigational issues...

I love rainbows too and wonder if anyone has ever found a crock of gold at the end of one?

When my children were young, we used to love to sing the song about the rainbow....’Red and Yellow and Pink and Green, Purple and Orange and Blue.....altogether now.. l can sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow...

I'm no photographer, but I took the attached partial double rainbow some time ago. It's made up of multiple images "stitched" together.

I've attached the "stitched" image, too. I used Microsoft Image Composite Editor (ICE) back then but there are lots more apps now.
