My husbands nephew discovered that his Gt Grandparents came from Germany and had a shop [a Butchers] here, they had a very large family, my Husband always believed his Father should have got Money from his Mother but it went to someone else, he also believed his Father had no siblings, yet records showed a brother living very close.My son traced one side of my tree,all from Durham area, My grandmother died young and ,I believe,my Grandfather married again and had another son, but I havent been able to trace this|
