Digital "detox"

I saw a short discussion - of sorts - on SKY News this morning centred on this: -

http://news.sky.com/story/1422975/ad...-to-switch-off

Now I know we've had discussion before on this topic but having had several people almost tripping me up today because they were so intent on their flippin' Smart Phones that I didn't register at all I wondered what others thought? stevmk2

They are a right pain. Blow letting a thing like that rule my life. People are pig ignorant using them when in company too.

I think it's quite important to have a rest from most technology occasionally and force yourself to find better things to do. We are middle of a TV free weekend at the moment, amazing what we achieve when we switch off I think.
