I'm a great fan of pitta bread,simply because you can stick most of the ingredients in a pocket, thus eliminating the spillover I always get from over filling my sandwich. Keeps the good lady happy, which is always a bonus!

You have got it Anti I think sugar butties were folded rather than cut to stop the sugar falling out (yuk I couldn't eat one nowadays )

hi i am a new member re fold over sandwiches chip sandwiches were always folded over to keep most of the tomato ketchup in.
