There's a stall inside St:George's Market in Belfast that sells pulled pork burgers - FABULOUS!!!

The best cut of pork for this method is the pork shoulder. (also called, weirdly enough; pork butt)

It is an inexpensive cut. Pulling it apart is just the easiest way to break it down for your sandwich. Often, it is served with a side of cole slaw. Some people even top their sandwich with some cole slaw.
