The best cut of pork for this method is the pork shoulder. (also called, weirdly enough; pork butt)

It is an inexpensive cut. Pulling it apart is just the easiest way to break it down for your sandwich. Often, it is served with a side of cole slaw. Some people even top their sandwich with some cole slaw.

Hi candyCrunch...I'd been hearing about just how good Pulled Pork Sandwiches are...so, I finally tried one at Montana's Roadhouse, here in the town where I live...YUMMY.
