I rarely know more than 2 or 3 of the people in the show when it starts but I love the idea of getting to see these people train and improve week by week..
Its a bit like bake off.. We see people grow and we get to like them.

I know its got flashy but thats the American influence on everything these days.
Its still better than most of the shoot them/ kill them/ blow them up rubbish thats on tv..
