Vault above Marilyn Monroe
This morning on teletext I read that the vault above Marilyn Monroe was put up for auction as the previous occupant had vacated it
(maybe she was a noisy neighbour)Tonight it says it sold for more than $4.6m dollars (£2.8m) after more than twenty offers were received. It was sold on eBay by the widow
I always said you could buy anything on eBay!

The news report I heard said that the widow was going to take the mortal remains of her husband and move them elsewhere. The proceeds of the sale will pay off the mortgage on her Beverly Hills home!It's a bit of over the top keeping up with the Jones' though, isn't it, having to be parked for all eternity (or until your grieving widow evicts you) next to someone famous? Who cares who's next door, as long as they don't do any nocturnal neck nibbling
